The 51-year-old spoke about the Tik Tok singer's ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke - whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald - on Monday’s episode of her chat show.
Last Friday, the singer broke down in court after a judge ruled she cannot break her exclusive contract with the producer despite her claims that he sexually abused and drugged her.
“Unfortunately business is business, and it sounds like it’s fair. If everybody complained because somebody allegedly sexually abused them... contracts would be broken all the time... Kesha’s no spring chicken,” Wendy said.
"I mean she’s like, 30 years old?... So she wasn’t stupid 10 years ago and neither was her mother when the sexual abuse - alleged sexual abuse - started, why weren’t they rolling camera on it?”

Meanwhile, Kesha took to social media on Tuesday to thank people for their support.
She wrote:
"I am beyond words in gratitude. thank you is not enough but it is all I have. A million times over and forever thank you.
"The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much. a statement too large for this format is coming."
