1. Your Wardrobe Needs A Makeover

Many men are handsome, smart, accomplished and have their lives together. They’re geniuses at business, but clueless when it comes to fashion. Just like my friends that works with a big audit firm in Lagos.

They don’t dress like they run the world and it drives us absolutely crazy. They want your clothes to portray how amazing you are.

You don’t need to look like you just stepped out of GQ, Vogue or even House Of Maliq, but they would like it if you tried to be a little more fashionable.

They want to show you off, but first, they have to tell you that your wardrobe needs some work.

2. They Want You To Be Neater!

Being messy isn’t cool. Women don’t want to date men who live like they’re in a fraternity house.

Don’t fret; they don’t want to date someone who’s an OCD (you can google that) neat freak.

They don’t expect your fridge to be spotless or your t-shirts to be folded and lined up in a certain way. They want the bare minimum, really, just the basics.

So, here’s a hint: They hate it when you leave the toilet seat up and they would like you to be a bit tidier in general.

3. They Love Romance (yea you heard that: ROMANCE)

As women, they love romance. They cry every time they watch romantic movies and have a soft spot for Julia Roberts, Steve Harvey: the moment when Omotola Jalade is kissing Ramsey Noah and a whole lot of romantic movies.

Yes, you guessed it, they want the fairytale.

In fact, they love being wooed. They appreciate when you go out of your way to make them feel extra special.

Schedule a romantic date night, bring chocolate and flowers and send them email (ignore whatsapp and BBM messages for now)  reminding them that you care. They notice all of the little things you do and so appreciate them. You can even go back to the era of love letters, have a delivery agency help you deliver it to them.

4. They Love Foreplay

Foreplay is one of their favorite things; it gets them in the mood. Women adore being kissed, explored and caressed. Spend a lot of time enjoying their bodies, please. 5. Planning Is An Aphrodisiac

They love it when you plan. Every woman wants to date a man who can plan and take charge. Organizing a date is a simple way to make them happy.

As long as you arrange it, they’re thrilled to be doing almost anything with you.

6. They Crave More Sex

Women are sexual, too. Yes, that’s right, they crave more sex. They want to enjoy themselves just as much as you do. They like to feel wanted and needed, and they love being pleasured. They miss the days when you couldn’t keep your hands off of them.

7. They Enjoy Being Alone

Women like girls nights and “me time.” They need nights to unwind just for themselves. Sometimes, they just want to be lazy and sit on couches.

They like to watch chill movies (thank God Netflix is now in Nigeria), make very healthy dinners and relax. They want to tell you that they need more alone time, but they don’t want to offend you.

8. They Have A Time Frame

Women were taught to have time frames. Their marriage and baby biological clocks are always ticking.

Don’t misunderstand; They’re not desperate. They’re not in a rush to get married to the next guy they meet. They’re holding out for someone really exceptional whom they can’t live without.

But, when they’re over the age of 25,they don’t need to date you for years and years before they know it’s right. They have a time frame and they really want you to stick to it.

9. They Want To Feel Special

They want to feel special all of the time - emphasis om "all the time". They’re overjoyed when you make an effort. It makes them feel like they’re an important priority for you.

10. The Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free Card

When they’re mad at you, they usually think pretty irrationally.

So, if you’re in the doghouse, you’ll need to redeem yourself, ASAP.  I recommend using oral sex as your get out of jail free card or probably a mouth watering gift. It works like a charm 98 percent of the time.
