Top 10 Shocking Celebrity Weight Loss

Okay, im back again people and this time, i have gotten to see shocking celebrity weight loss.
some are extremely hilarious and some are just life-threatening and i just have to share them with you... People like Charlize Theron, Almighty Batman Christian Bale and even 50 Cents.
Enjoy.
First off, we have JENNIFER HUDSON

i am so proud of you darling for dropping the weight, oh my! i thought i'd never see that day that the cheerful assistant to Carrie Bradshaw from "sex and the city" would drop that weight...
The Grammy and Oscar winner's dramatic weight loss was the makeover on everyone's lips in 2010. In August 2009, Hudson had to lose her baby weight before shooting her next movie, Winnie, in which she plays Nelson Mandela's wife. She worked out regularly with celeb trainer Harley Pasternak and cut back on calories with help from the Weight Watchers program.
In April 2010, Hudson, 37, became the face of Weight Watchers. She had slimmed down from a size 16 to a slender size 6.

CHRISTIAN BALE

This Batman famously lost a startling 63 pounds to play a chronic insomniac in the film The Machinist.
Bale, now 44, reportedly took supplements to make sure he still got his vitamins but hardly ate and over exercised to trim himself to only 122 pounds (he's 6 feet tall!). He slimmed down again more recently from his normal 185 pounds to play a former professional boxer in The Fighter.

OPRAH WINFREY

When it comes to weight-loss tabloid fodder, Oprah, 64, reigns supreme. Her weight has fluctuated often and drastically, and it's always been "breaking news." The yo-yoing is partly due to a thyroid condition, which she said she had leaned on as an excuse to eat whatever she wanted in the past.
In the early 2000s, she trimmed down to a fit 160 and thought she had finally conquered her weight issues. But in 2008, she opened up that she had hit 200 pounds—again. In 2010, she announced on her show that she would never diet again. And she is still struggling with her weight till date.

50CENTS

The rapper's shocking weight loss wasn't because of any health concerns; it was because of his role as a cancer patient in the film Things Fall Apart.
In May 2010, 50 Cent, now 43, revealed emaciated-looking photos of himself. He had dropped from 214 pounds to a slight 160 in just nine weeks.
With shooting wrapped, he was back to looking like himself by September 2010. But that weight loss was one we could not ignore.

JONAH HILL

Funny man Jonah Hill had to lose some of his extra baggage to shoot 21 Jump Street and 22 Jump Street. His role of being an undercover police officer with the fit one from Step Up as his co-star meant he couldn't exactly get the part without slimming down somewhat. How did he do it?
‘It was just mostly diet. I wish there was some crazy thing that I did, like a pill or a genie or something. – But it was, unfortunately, I went to see a nutritionist, and he told me what to eat to change my habits and stuff. – I found that Japanese food was very helpful to me.’
Sushi for dinner then!

GWYNETH PALTROW

Remember i talked about one being funny, well Gwyneth's weight gain was funny but the weight loss wasn't, infact it was one-word? AMAZING.
This is probably our favourite one for comedic value, firstly because we can't laugh at actors or actresses who put their health on the line for their jobs and secondly because it's absolutely HILARIOUS. Gwyneth Paltrow played herself and a larger version of herself in Shallow Hal. We just remembered that this film was actually better than it should have been which is a nice change.

JESSICA SIMPSON

Jessica Simpson slimmed down out of her daisy dukes and into a skimpy and equally sexy bikini for movie Dukes of Hazard. We won't judge you if you carry on staring at this photo for a little while but we promise you the next one is good...

RACHEAL FREDERICKSON

Yikes! The Biggest Loser winner revealed her skinny, 105-pound frame on the season 15 finale of NBC's weight loss competition reality show, revealing that she had dropped 155 pounds. "I'm really proud of the work that I did and how healthy I was," Frederickson later told Us. "I could ignore [the controversy] because I was really proud of the work I did." She added, "You never know what someone else is dealing with. I know how I lost the weight, and I know that I did it healthfully and naturally”

KELLY OSBOURNE

After a stint on Dancing with the Stars, Ozzy's daughter quit her emotional eating and dropped 50 pounds. All the dance workouts and weight training paid off for the 34-year-old; she bared her new size 2 body on the December 2010 cover ofShape magazine. What we think is the most impressive about Kelly Osbourne’s weight loss is that she hasn’t relapsed at all. Since losing 70 lbs, Kelly has kept it all off. She says, ‘
I don’t weigh myself. If you like what you see in front of the mirror, then what’s the f—ing point of getting on a scale?

CHARLIZE THERON

Sexy Charlize Theron was on a mission to lose the weight she gained for movie Monster in time for the Acadamy awards. Theron gained more than 30 pounds in order to play the role of Aileen Wuornos, the serial killer in "Monster," a role that earned her an Academy Award. She was able to achieve the weight gain by eating a lot of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Theron has claimed that gaining weight was not her only goal. To gain weight, she had to completely change her lifestyle, and she believes that the lifestyle changes better emulates her character, which allows her to play the role better. Amazingly, she was also able to lose all of the weight by the time of the film's premiere. Those people who are looking to lose weight should make lifestyle changes, such as dietary changes and participate in moderate exercise on a daily basis.

So i am guessing this was a shocker for you too, well if not all but some. While others were just funny, i admit i shouldn't have put some on the list but where's the funny in that...
Ciao. (don't even think for a second you are getting rid of me, i'll be back, like i always do)
